I'm curios to see where your at in your journey and how you scope out other markets.

On the flip side if I focus on paying the tuition off first I may miss a potential opportunity that could jumpstart my investment portfolio but at least I won’t have that debt to worry about starting my journey off.

Beginner investors, which of these strategies are you not currently focusing on, and how could implementing them change your investing journey?

Right now, I’m living rent-free with family, and I could continue to do so for the next two years before moving.Here’s my dilemma: would it make more sense for me to continue to save money and start my real estate investing journey in my new state?

My sister and I are not opposed to some sort of buy in as well, as it would likely help my father clear up some debts, and would just be nice to help him realize some sort of lump sum gain, in addition to what would likely be a share of monthly rental income.We are looking at setting up a trust to accomplish all of this, but are just at the beginning of this journey.
