Hey @Grant Woodward, you can never be too cautious when it comes to guest safety like @Lauren Kormylo said.There are dozens of things at your STR that could cause an injury or worse so making sure all the ducks are in a row and quackin' in unison is one of the most important things you can do.Like @John Underwood said, make sure you have a rock solid insurance policy that covers the pool and adjoining areas.

Have you heard the expression "when visiting someone, don't stay longer than 3 days or you begin smelling like dead fish".  

They will likely require you obtain your real estate license, but since you are open to pursuing further education then it might work well.

The long-term relationship, with those we genuinely like, over dozens of deals, is where we make our money.

The stone elevation can be expensive but will really move a house quickly with the added curb appeal.Some things I like to add for not much extra cost..
