At any rate it is possible, but depending on your appraisal it could be a gamble

There are always other options-hard money lenders, private lenders; but they are riskier and will likely have higher rates.

Not much really changing on that front, it is what it is.

Definitely a chunk of change I don't want to pay, but having my cash back out to do another deal might be worth it...
