I am a newbie investor/barely experienced landlord from Houma.

In fact, a very plain, unadorned little house needs color a lot MORE than one with the decorative details.I'm not talking bright purple or hot pink here, just not beige or gray or white.

I just barely managed to get it replaced for free under warranty!  

Part of the problem with SoCal is that you need two incomes to barely live above the poverty line, and two very good incomes to live in the shrinking middle class.  

Bare with my unintelligence but this is true.

So I figured this would be a great start..What I would like to know is how would one start building wealth..with little knowledge..barely any money ..but eager to learn!
