Good morning, are there any Real Estate attorneys who operate in Northern Michigan on BiggerPockets, that you guys have used or are aware of?

Any real estate attorney in Utah that could provide a consult today? 

With that said, and not to take up for some lender, but if the numbers are what you expected, and they are just updating the HUD with title/attorneys up until the last minute, that's probably not the worst thing in the world.

The biggest thing for you is to build a very strong CORE 4:which relies of a great realtor, contractor, attorney, and property manager.

I could hire my real estate attorney but he'll charge me hourly to set it up and I'm not confident this previous will pay anything.

I found a few things, and my attorney did too, that seemed risky about the deal, and I was wondering if this is the norm The deal seemed awesome with a fix and flip potential of over $60K net to be made.  

.- Team: Other agents/brokers, lenders, title, attorney, contractors, inspectors, etc.- Experience in specific areas and with different property types.- Process for analyzing/screening potential deals.- Anything else that is relevant to the individual.

That being said, if you're putting together your own lease, you should absolutely have a local attorney look it over to make sure you have everything in it you need (and nothing illegal).
