I am curious, are you flip deals JV with private investors, or some other arrangement?

Ive been contacting the tenants and am trying to arrange meetings for today and this weekend.

One of our local reps from Wells Fargo can even make the arrangements to send a banker to your place or work or residence to get the bank account documents signed. 

Plus they make it easy to arrange a title search and BPO.  

Then my lead manager sends the fully qualified lead to my salesperson who calls them up and arranges for a meeting with them.

I am looking on suggestions for making an equitable financing arrangement so that it is still attractive to my partner, but I am fairly compensated for the fact that I will be doing 100% of the work. 

Better yet, it prohibits the bank/lender from calling the note due and is completely outside of Dodd-Frank.The THTTransfer™ is not an alternative to Seller Carry Type Arrangements, it is the way they are done to eliminate virtually ALL the inherent dangers of such schemes.

@Mike WallaceJust need to make sure you can find a sponsoring broker whose policies allow such an arrangement.

If you have any agreement that provides any payment that is credited to a purchase price, you have a financing arrangement.
