Hello,The current listing service I am using is about to double their rates for their monthly pre-foreclosure listings and I have not been happy with the quality or accuracy of their bankruptcy lists lately either.

I am using angies list and home advisor to find best deals but I think I need to meet builders and contractors to show the property first.
