Most investment savvy agents (not all, there are occasionally some good ones) don't work at the average Wal-Mart, Target & 7-11 style brokerages.

You can't go down to walmart and buy land.

I understand where you are coming from however reality and PERCEIVED REALITY are very different animals.YOU think like an investor.The average public does not nor do they care to.They load up debt to live in the NOW MOMENT like it's going out of style.When they get older and are working at Wal-mart they wonder what happened to all that money I was making?!?!

I currently work for Walmart Corporate designing new store prototypes and I've been itching to get out of the cubical world for quite some time now.  

The awesome thing though is at Wal-Mart you can pick them up cheeeappp now.

yes a lot of companies will buy the real estate their store are on. wal mart, circle k, etc. u say "since they were technically an abutter", huh?
