Appraisals and valuations seem to be what get the most noise, but they've always stood by their guaranteed variance in the appraisals.  

On a 2 story if the electricity comes up from the basement, you'll have a pocket at floor level and one at ceiling level on the first floor, and if there's no attic access you'll have one on the floor and at ceiling level, and the ceiling depends on which way the trusses or rafters run.

Does anyone have a contact that can verify the load capabilities and support requirements of engineered trusses that are in a home I'm flipping in Springfield, TN.

I funded in all those areas.. many off of cooper rd which is south of Mcdowell as you know it can be street to street there. but generally if they are nice brick homes those stood up the little wood clap board and perimeter foundations can take a beating.. but anyway..

I have been to appointments where they have shown me the piles of direct mail they get, from which they chose mine because they thought it somehow stood out.... still trying to figure out why exactly.
