Some other states it can take 6 months or longer to get someone out.If it's a principal thing to an investor then you can choose to fight tooth and nail if you want and spend tons of money and time to be RIGHT.If it's  a checks and balances of what makes the most sense financially then if cash for keys works you move on.Banks that foreclose on properties offer cash for keys all the time.
