It is like trying to time the stock market.

Much like the shift from growth stocks to dividend stocks  to cash depending on the state of the market.My understanding is that the DST structure as an SEC broker/dealer product does not allow compensation of any kind from brokers to third parties regardless of location. 

I also purchased 12K in google stocks at $58 a share when the company first went public and still have my stocks.

I don’t think out of towers take in to account how new and low maintenance our housing stock is. 20 years is an old house.

As long as there is an aging stock of housing inventory, flipping will be alive, but the market is substantially tighter these days than even 3 years ago. 

It is well known that the economy, stock market, and real estate markets go through waves with ups and downs. 

Or buy stock.

@Kelvin FunesBergen county is a great area to raise a family, hard area for first time buyers for various reasons - the stock of multi families are limited....they rarely come on the market....and when they do they sell quickly often before hitting MLS.

I do want to invest in another real estate as an inflation hedge and not just stock market, that's my thought.
