Thanks John,I have been trying for a long time to find rentals here in Los Angeles that cash flow but I have been unable to find anything.I have relatives in Vegas , Tyler TX, and Minneapolis so I'm thinking to venture in this cities.Here in LA you need to have tons of money to be able to buy fixer uppers as well.

In regards to the cities I’ve looked at – I puled together a list of about 2 dozen cities, including Atlanta, Minneapolis, Charlotte/Raleigh, Charleston, Orlando, and quite a few others, and then made a matrix of various economic stats, including projected household growth, unemployment, projected disposable income growth, and projected job growth.
