If not please let me know and I will try to answer your questionAs for the update regarding my own journey - As of today (since I closed on the LOC in Nov) I have acquired the following on my LOC1) SFR - BRRR2) A package of 3 townhomes - Not a BRRR really per se but I think I got a decent deal and I had other rental properties in the same area so it was a good addition to my portfolio.
