Everyone would like to get hold of a treasure map that leads them to riches.Thre are a few commercial providers however you'd do well to first pull some probate case files yourself to get a sense of what is contained in a given probate case, data-wise.You'll find forms common in your state along with information about the decedent, the PR, the attorney, assets including any real property, secured and unsecured debts, and names and contact info for heirs and other interested parties.You might meet a professional researcher at the courthouse who could be willing to provide you data to your specifications. 

But its not a treasure trove of below market bargains.
