So I recently purchased a "home" in Illinois, for me and my family with the VA loan, and I am renting it out until I finish my service which is 1 1/2 years in Salt Lake City, UT.  

Colton Smith - who shares a name with a mixed martial arts fighter - is still listed as an associate director of the Salt Lake City office of Marcus & Millichap Capital CorporationDavid Early - who shares a name with the now deceased actor - was a little more difficult to locate, but appears to now be involved with The Donald and continues to design marketing and sales products.

Take this one with a grain of salt....My father's previous mangers at a motel stole over 100k cash in 2 years.......

Hey @James Hughes, Ya so my first deal in Memphis was when I was buying out of state (currently I was living in Salt Lake city Utah). it was in 2016.

@Kyle KadishLiving in Connecticut I am a little worried about the implications of the new SALT laws on real estate especially in the high cost region the house is in.

Our ideal location would be Springville, but we're open to looking at any properties in good neighborhoods (since we're going to be living in the property for a while) as far north as Salt Lake City.
