pretty tough... if your not a very good commercial broker.. and know that end of the business I think pretty much a waste of your time and energy.. the market is too thin

Possibly, but it would be isolated and other will pick them up for a discount I think.You raise an interesting point about the 5 star apartment developments, mostly down town.

I live in Wyoming and we were impacted by the energy field layoffs of 2015.

Dominion energy is the supplier I have out there.

Hey all,We recently closed on a property in Austin Tx, and are looking to add super-stars to our team! 

If I am bidding against obvious amateurs with their hearts on their sleeves at the auction and I sense that they are willing to go significantly higher, I have no qualms about bidding them up a bit as a bar to entry into the group of experienced  auction buyers of the county who get things done in a civilized way and don't waste each other's time and energy when acquiring properties.

Keep in mind this property is listed as a 2 star property, which I need to hone in but 3 star and 2 star properties are nearly the same leasing rate in the submarket.

He filed a complaint with HA/VRBO (this was the only good experience about this guest as HA/VRBO had my back) and then posted a 1-star negative review.
