They will likely list all of their expenses (ie: prescription drugs, phone bills, etc), and also inform you they are on a fixed income-- when you tell them it's going up.

In super competitive markets, your going to want to increase your volume to consistently fill your pipeline with potential dealers. 

This also takes you into the area of the predatory dealer, be careful when financing is offered by a seller.
