I asked about their affiliation with any of the utah companies spoken about earlier in this thread and they said since there is no ongoing education of coaching, they don't affiliate with those people in any way. 

I had to draw this construction up multiple time and make a few spreadsheets before I could comprehend what could go where and make sure I wasn't sending money in circles.

I just got a HELOC on primary for 90% through Navy Federal (DISCLAIMER: I AM NOT AFFILIATED WITH NAVY FEDERAL IN ANYWAY OTHER THAN BEING A MEMBER SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES). 

I have no affiliation with them I just know that they are one of the fastest sites to post listings to syndication.Another option is to learn your local market. 

I am not affiliated with them; I just think it's a neat project.

To that, I would add to get a recommendation for a PM from another investor here who is a disinterested 3rd party with no affiliation other than having properties under management with the PM.

Be prepared for every turnkey provider and affiliate to tell you why you should invest in their market. 

I am in the process of getting my Real Estate Affiliate Broker license, but I am searching for a Broker who would be willing to take me on.

If you purchase the homes without an affiliate or TK provider you might create a little more roof if you needed to sell.
