I've called numerous carriers and asked about it, and once they fully understand what you're doing, they're adamant that you're not covered.

Unfortunately, not all carriers are offered in all areas.

(RC - Depreciation = ACV) If you have 10 year old cabinets your going to get the value of those cabinets minus 10 years of depreciation.Agreed Value (AV) - AV is an endorsement you can get through some carriers that states the insurance company agrees to pay a certain dollar amount in the event of a loss regardless of the replacement cost. 

Even if you have the name of the insurance carrier, most Insurance companies require prior authorization before they will give you information.   

Several carriers say they will not ensure a flip.
