Not sure where you're planning to take her but here are a few of the local favorites:-Pappas on Taylor Ave (they've opened up a few new locations too)-Kocos Pub on Harford Rd in Lauraville-Faidley's Seafood in Lexington Market-Box Hill Pizzeria in Abingdon (about 45 minutes outside of Baltimore but worth the drive!)

With my increased AirBnB performance, I decided to turn 2 other rental homes into short term rentals and decided it was worth investing in proper training to make sure I was doing it right. 

It could be worth learning this if you were planning on installing more garage door openers in the not too distant future.  

If you are near any industries or Hospitals it may be worth looking into MTR's as well! 

For some investors, especially those juggling multiple properties or a full-time job, a management company like JWB can still be worth it.

If you are a wine drinker like me it's been great - I remember how bad all cheap wine used to be - but I can see a big difference in the popularity from 20 years ago.  2 buck chuck !!! 

Otto, in my opinion the kind of ROI you’re talking about is well worth the “risk”.  

Its worth having your brokers license if you want to make money helping other people buy and sell.

The 3rd thing that has reshaped my entire opinion of the tax advantages of real estate, is seeing my 88 grandfather holding five quite valuable illiquid properties, long story short it’s a mess, it’s causing family drama, he is in zero shape physically or mentally to manage them, the all have cap-ex needs, again these were amazing buy’s literally multiple properties he bought for under 50k that are now worth over a million but there is probably a time and a place for owning real estate, so I don’t really have a need to own more than maybe a few properties into retirement.
