Not having the BAC in the MLS just creates a little more work, now you have to look at the listing on the listing agents website or call them, but no major change there.

I know the sms are being delivered, or some number, I get replies.   

They were able to get moving much faster because they had access to a great website, forms, letters, and even policies and procedures.

What I do is check my state's courthouse website to see if there are any records showing a current but not yet complete lawsuit or eviction filing.
