It’s much harder for buyer to have a legitimate reason to sue seller when buyer had their own expert guidance.

They can offer valuable guidance and help you navigate any questions you might have about the market you're planning to invest in.

Don't hesitate to ask questions and seek guidance; the community is often very supportive.

And invest in an area that's growing, the land is valuable, the cost to rebuild is 20%+/- the purchase price, you have the ability to weather the asset's volatility for a decade plus and trust the process.
