An obvious solution is to buy properties that have a market rent of $1550!

We hung one of these on the tree next to the area she frequents and she completely stopped barking at the neighbor dogs. 

But I'll need to build the road myself, which will likely be costly (especially since it'll involve clearing some trees first).Next to the property I'm buying there's a second nearly identical lot for sale that has the same access problem.

@Taylor Holden Hello Taylor, LVP luxury vinyl plank flooring is going to be a much better long term solution to flooring than carpet.

The solution could be don't dance with the devil.

(roof, well, tree roots raising the A/C unit at a 20 degree angle, soft, uneven  floors under carpet, etc.)  

The problem with sites like Zillow and Realtor is that even if you take it off the market for 30 days and it shows as a new listing, buyers can see the price history from when you bought it to when you listed it and dropped the prices . . . that "trick" worked before the history was public so not sure that is the solution.
