Companies didn't want to travel that far if they were not going to get a replacement job and when the warranty company requested things like detailed photos and written, itemized replace vs repair estimates they quit answering the phone altogether!

My bust.parking and noise, etc are externalities imposed on the people but not properly paid for.

People always need housing and speaking of MTR there will always be insurance claims and traveling medical professionals.  

I wouldn’t want to self manage as I travel a lot when I’m off work.

A ton of STR's opportunities include traveling nurses for hospitals, medical centers, and campus sights for OSU students.

San Francisco has a number of hospitals for travel nurses and other medical workers and probably corporate professionals who travel there.

I travel almost every week over 6 plus states, very hard to post every other day.
