Now we have really shifted our focus to growing the lending side i was curious to see if any Tx. based wholesalers needed training/mentoring. 

By the time you sign up now I think (guess) that you'll get setup or trained on how to setup the network providor registrations to never be blocked.   

Of course you are going to "keep the cashflow" after paying the interest, because your "investors" don't own the property, in this structure.

The only multiday event I've attended was Sumrok;s and I thought the basic training was super valuable and helpful and very very cost effective. 

If you were to read through the Chapter 3 Building Planning in IRC you would get a pretty good idea of many of the basic requirements.The best way to learn this quickly would be to take a general contractor test prep course. 

We have many doors in EAST Cleveland (and of course elsewhere) with little to no issues.

Of course, tough to build 50,000 units in one person's back yard, but there will be some people build granny flats, or garage apartments and you may see some office converted to residential. 

Also hard to miss on an investment here (with right corner or course ;) )
