My home country market is tiny compared with the USA so it isn;t a fair comparison but we have one site, similar to Ebay, that completely dominates the RE listings.This happened primarily because the RE sites are alls o busy protecting themselves in stead of making things easy for the buyers and sellers that the door was wide open for a good site which is what happened.America is so much bigger that you need more than one site but you always want as many listings as possible in any city on the same site.

Or rather, I would have ended up with 2 tiny bathrooms instead of the one big one.

That way you are covered either way and it can be removed easily by the next owner.I once had a house with some tiny bedrooms.

It was tiny marble squares that were so well done they would last forever with a cleaning and sealer

I live in San Diego and cash-flowed 3-4k per month in July and August in my tiny 450 SF studio apartment with 80's-era appliances.  

Two week late and its a tiny $420 mean while you could have sold the property and not have those extra weeks of holding cost.

From what tiny amount of information I've been able to sift through over the past few days, it sounds like y'all are the real real estate gurus!

Unbelievable factory like results, with a gorgeous sheen, and way less trouble than my old method.It only takes a tiny bit of effort to get even coverage with the clear, i had to get the lighting at an angle to effectively see the wet edge of the clear going on.

Has anyone ever invested in (built or bought) a tiny house village or RV park?
