We do place this information in our marketing so we're transparent on expectations but that way if 2 of the 3 can financially qualify on their own and have good credit, the third may be a bit of a risk but at least the other 2 are in good standing.

@Misook FoleyTypically a bank will not release one of the lien holders and a refinance would be necessary.As part of the settlement agreement the court may order the property and or the debt to one of the parties but again that name is not releasedOther factors do come into play such as what state it was in as some states have different laws regarding equitable interest etcI would speak to your divorce attorney about this and see what can be done

I can’t speak on behalf of a short term rental, but for a straight rental, you’re probably better off filling it in IMO.I had a house with a pool in an c+ area and after considering it will probably just invite parties, etc. plus the liability I had it filled in.
