We never made a dime on CF, but in retrospect it did not matter, by holding the properties long term through thick and thin, we did way better than we otherwise would have.

Thanks. laminate, you want to go with a minimum of AC4 and pad under (some have pad attached) for sound and thermalvinyl, min 3mm thickness. if manufacturer doesn't say otherwise, use pad here tookeep extra just for the case of tenants dragging fridge across all house...you being in snow territory, i would tile the entrances.check your competition and just go a bit extra for the wow factor.you want tenants to look for your rentals, not competition'sand screen for the best
