I do see this as a case that could be lobbied but it needs to be by a partnership of large corporations or reits that have the funding to fight it and a lot more money to loose through tens of thousands of units.  

Right now we’ve got 5 restaurants that are all closed at least one night a week, and a movie theater that is the only one running for 25 miles.

Sounds like El Burrito Minneapolis opens in July and theater in late August (we'll see).  

I’m working on a ground up 28 unit multi family and want to put a package system like an amazon locker in my lobby for residents.

There was also a document inserted about lobbying activities, and an equal opportunity employment notice in both english and spanish. 

Seems like the primary beneficiary of this ordinance are the insurance companies who sell these products and I’m told were the ones lobbying for it.

Is the NAR lobbying every state to word the legislation this way or what?

Other amenities include a billiards room with a wet bar, a state-of-the-art home theater and a salt-water pool.
