Once you get a basic understanding of the concepts, make sure you have a team who can support you and then hit the phones! 

It would just need to be a situation where they have great contact with the person doing that managing of the project (I.e. have known the person for years, great reputation, person has experience in flipping etc.).

Most of my projects are regular SFHs, so I make them appealing to the majority of the typical buyer pool.

Investment Info:Townhouse fix & flip investment. 109 W 132nd St, New York, NY 10027, is a meticulously renovated brownstone townhouse situated in the heart of Harlem.

The dirt is worth about 450k because of the amount of units you can put on it.  

That being said, there’s nothing wrong with investing in blue collar areas but I prefer to invest in the ones that have a higher degree of owner occupancy because the residents of those areas care about where they live and have deeper roots.

@Jeff Pasmore I really like your advice. putting out more money on this property is not one of my option but I might consider. am also considering the other strategic way of selling this  property like rent to own. what can you say about that?
