There are many ways to protect yourself, the best way in my opinion, is doing your “due diligence” on the Ira company and even more important is the “due diligence” on the investment.In this day and technology age background checks, social media, state and local licensing filing pages on line, better business bureau, BP forums, etc I don’t think a company advertising and in the public everyday  can fool all the people all the time. 

But when use technology that's worked since the dawn of creation when you can have a middle aged overweight TSA agent stick his hand in your crotch?

It is a new technology for surface preparation and literally fuses the finish coat to the surface.

I recently read that Ford Motor Company has purchased the old train station which will house it's technology campus.  

I want to follow people successfully investing in commercial RE and hear their perspective on how technology will impact rental stability/need for the next 10-20 years to come

We certainly believe that BiggerPockets needs a property directory, but we feel that until we can build our own system that is to the standards of other high-caliber systems online, it will be to the benefit of our users that we find an appropriate partner to provide the technology for us.That said, users can still post their listings, deals, and opportunities in our Marketplace, which actually gets as much visibility as the just-removed properties system did.BTW - Since we began the simplification process, site load times have improved dramatically, with pages taking around half as long to load.

Though the technology is great, I can help to feel though that people dont like to use it.  

Quite possibly different social sub-groups use technology differently!
