You will be surprised how many people will be interested, but you have to commit to a monthly schedule for at least six months.

Usually spending a few minutes skip-tracing and talking to anyone I can find with knowledge of the property uncovers the fraud if it is indeed a fake seller (most often the number that my skip-tracing software computes is different than the one the scammer is using and when I call it I get the real owner who is surprised to hear that someone is selling their property).

I don't really do bigger flips like what you are looking at... but wouldn't be surprised if that is about what others look for as well.One last thing... on whatever money you make... remember you are going to have to pay capital gains taxes on the proceeds...
