Ultimately, I did not renew my VRBO annual subscription and dropped the listing.I think if your unit is suited to larger groups, you will do well on VRBO.

@Randy Krock Co-Star and CRExi both have subscriptions that will give you relatively accurate data on ownership and contact details. 

Plus one wholesale deal could cover a few years in subscription costs.

If money is tight and you can't afford to make a mistake, maybe see if there's a way you can make yourself useful to an established investor, go through a project with them, and soak up learning.I do recommend spending the $100/mo or whatever it is for a Propelio subscription and learning how to run really good comps.Good luck!

Hi Roy, You can import properties if you have a subscription with PropStream and also have the add on feature called "List Automator." 

You purchase tiers for the monthly subscription and it's reasonably priced for what it does. 

You have to upgrade your account to a paid subscription and then you can advertise and network in the BP marketplace.
