My question is there any way that a college student can start investing?

Our server delivers notice to "all other occupants known and unknown in possession of premises" while on site.I find it very unlikely a school is requiring the dependents to be on the lease... but we have had schools contact us to see if students lived at the claimed address.

Be sure your house is completely dry via moisture readings all around before you treat for mold and hang sheet rock.I would also advise you to hire a profession to spray for mold and get a certificate.  

My husband and I feel like in essence, they are acting within their professions of realtor & contractor and that their compensation should simply be the commission from the purchase and sale of the property, and the contractor fee for managing the renovation.

My wife thinks it would be better in July-Aug to possibly sign Washington University students.
