Every time I walk into an older home and see wall paper I cringe....I have spent countless hours spraying and scraping old wall paper, layers upon layers, a long and tedious process that almost seems wasteful of time.How do people deal with wall paper?

Plus if it is really cold there you could have issues with pipes etc. for that time of the year for an empty place.Damage to the property really isn't about the pets, it's the OWNERS.Spayed cats generally do not spray.

I have seen brand new houses about 10 years ago, without house wrap, and that were spray painted onto the stucco.
