They'll have so much more knowledge about houses, a lot less drama.... the other girl is brand new, and would likely struggle with bills, and may move for a better paying job-- whereas grandma has other people to help cover the bills...

Both of these water leaks damaged the kitchen base cabinets (brand new and installed in Aug 2017) resulting in moldly cabinets along the inside bases, damaged water resistance vinyl laminate floors in kitchen, damage to living room wood laminate floors, and a bedroom with moldy carpet due to leak from the the hole in bath tub.

This was primarily done so I could have more control over my own career/earnings, but I retained every aspect of the company (including it's 4 employees) and re-branded with a new name and mission as she was a great appraiser but not much of a businesswoman.I didn't have the liquid assets to buy the business outright, and it was a bit wonky in the math anyway since I was a top producer, my gross earnings couldn't really be factored in to the totals as I would have made that anywhere.

@Marcus Johnson- I do not have experience in this by I think if  you have the existing contract ending 10/30/2018 I would do what you are suggesting of end one lease and start a brand new one.
