My construction management and cost estimation background has brought a lot of value to my craft and understanding of the real estate process (although there are 1000s of other concept that I am learning everyday).Today is my first day with the Bigger Pockets family and I have heard great things about this social network and I am willing to connect with the like minded people via this platform. 

I'm running in circles thinking about the different options and know just enough to over think this, I fear.Thanks for any help you can provide!

Social Media Is the best answer take Skylar advice and interviews all of other agents, title companies, management companies, investors, mortgage brokers etc.

Just a little worried because there is no job, only social security, workers comp and the housing voucher.

I've taken small steps to diversify what I do, including creating a social media presence to begin sharing some of my videography and drone skills.Currently, I fixed up a single family home which is on the market and I have a duplex that's been a great investment. 

Kind of running in circles on this dilemma and would love to get your opinion on this.When using @Michael Blank 's calculator (which is a state of the art weapon) i see the "deposit to replacement reserve" line item in the EXPENSES box, but there is no CAPEX line item.

so 4  times a year flying to the event renting hotels etc .so add in another easy 10k.. and from what I saw you had folks at the top of their game and you had some that were trying to scale up so the ones that were at the top it appeared to me to be more like social for them and they could help others.
