As others stated, if the existing structure is legal but non-confirming that should not be an issue.

Limiting issues and liability is the goal.

Even then though, the price could still be the issue even with the pro doing the sale.

They are always on top of maintenance and communicating any issue regarding the property and they have streamlined the process so that it’s relatively easy and quick the purchase.

I wasn’t notified about this change until I saw it myself.When I asked why, they said the home inspection found some issues that were fixed and re-inspected, but I’m confused why this would result in a rate increase.

You can bill them for the issue but getting them to pay is a whole different problem. 

From what I've seen, think you should have no issues finding something needing some updating to hopefully further build equity and push rents. 

I saw the list almost a year ago and we started working on fixing every issue we could that was on the list so that we would easily pass when the inspection day came.
