The numbers for investing in Detroit look promising, but I am hesitant to proceed with purchasing a property and accepting Section 8 tenants due to the long delays in rent payments.There are many Section 8 voucher holders looking for homes, and many tenants have shared horror stories about their previous landlords.

I have a good friend who has some great data on all the different neighborhoods - I am happy to share that with you.Also, if you don't have a lender already, I have some rockstars that I know like and trust.What sport do you play?

I also have lots of texts to back up my case that she represented the whale client as being a shared client.
