I’m starting realtor school soon.

Just finished a master's degree while working full time and came to a realization that more school (med school) would just mean more debt and more hours working for someone else.

I am a teacher in Maryland public schools and looking for a big change!

As a college athlete at a smaller D2 School in Georgia, there is a strong market for student housing that has yet to be met in my area.

How are the schools?

I would start to see if your local high school, middle school etc have any teachers or people teaching business.

This is how I got started in real estate while in engineering school.

It was still very much old school.. one simple ad in a little local paper  WE BUY LOGS or a few bandit signs. or the mother of all drive for dollars but when your properties are 20 to 200 acres that's a ton of driving. 

We love the neighborhood and schools that we are next to so we dont wanna have to move to be able to rent our current home out.

Also, my fiance's visa is moving right along and we are now looking to sell our English school.
