Hi @Gino Barbaro, I was thinking of paying it back within a year using cashflow from combined rentals.

On rare occasions a tenant can’t - or chooses not to recover and they get evicted.  

Combined with that and their speed, I'll use them again. 

Meanwhile properties in the best locations rarely change hands and sell at 3-4 caps when they do.

We rarely have 3% here so when double side you get 5%.
