Looking for some guidance on setting up an LLC or trust for a duplex that I am in the process of purchasing.

To avoid these costs, a common strategy is to set up a land trust to hold the property title.

I’d like to discuss it with a realtor, but I’m worried that if I disclose the deal, the realtor could bid against me on the property.
