I think at home point it was "for-sale by owner" so there's photos, but I can't really find much else. 

Depending on your area, Airbnb even pays for the photo session, If not a professional photo session shouldn’t cost more than $300-$400.. this investment is crucial because it doubles your bookings.

They came by right away and took photos and got back to me with an estimate!  

Make sure you have top quality photos.

This is a one-pager that has a few photos and descriptions of the property, for Craigslist, BP, local RE Club, Facebook marketing, once you have the property under contract.

Photos appear that the house needs very little if not nothing done to it rehab wise. 

Is there anyone here who has a decent eye to give an estimate based on just photos?

Recommendations would be greatly appreciated.It would be light property management duties, ie. posting notices from time to time, taking photos here and there, as well as any general items that need to be done locally that would be time sensitive.If anyone knows someone that's local that might be interested please get in touch.
