I forgot to mention the chimneys/fireplaces are not operational and will only be kept for cosmetic purposes, and I don’t want to spend the money to completely remove them.

They operate under multiple names - Summit Capital, Bayview Build, Off-Market Properties, and many others. 

I have been operating STRs for 5 years now, and there are many with much more experience, so you are sure to get other opinions.  

Whatever you do, if you do partner, get a solid operating agreement signed that lays everything out. 

I want to be happy and free in my late twenties, like the book suggests, not worrying about operating these franchises.
