I use a free property management software called Stessa and they sent out a market update this morning and here were some of the highlights to underscore my points:U-Haul and United Van Lines released migration studies earlier this month highlighting the markets that have the most inward and outward migration.

There is also the new wave of “millennials” migrating to the city which is changing up the scenery in many neighborhoods. 

According to atlas van lines, the migration rates are very good.

One interesting fact that I discovered when I migrated out of low end props was that operating in better neighborhoods attracted better contractors (they didn't want to work in neighborhoods with higher crime rates - go figure).Making money when you buy - PURCHASE PRICE IS EVERYTHING!

This affordability has been one of the factors contributing to the city's attractiveness for residents and businesses alike.Raleigh has been a popular destination for domestic and international migration.

Migration and job data have me bullish on many cities in FL over the next 5-10 years.

It is backward looking, but I like how it paints a picture of population migration over time.
