Education is absolutely priceless but (if you’re going for a business major, psychology, liberal arts, etc) you can learn anything yourself online with today’s technology if you want to.

You are in one of the most liberal, litigious states in the country and had better figure out how to protect yourself before it comes back to bite you.I would not try to evict because you have no legal case due to your crummy contract.

Yes, if my budget allows me to spend, then I will feel liberated to go out to spend.

PDX metro  very liberal  rest of Oregon very conservative its like two different states all wrapped into one.  

The math would look like this:  If you snowball your debt payments, every bit of interest that you would pay to the  bank instead is liberated, presumably to pay down even more debt.
