I asked the salesman in the one on one meeting what they would actually sale the personal training for and he said he couldn't budge because of the integrity of the company.

Wholesaling is a great opportunity for us and glad you want to run it like a business, your integrity shines through.

We are dealing with very delicate situations in many cases so run your business with integrity and know your numbers.  

For what it is worth, I would also agree that there are several high-quality people on these forums who run Turn-key operations who have a great deal of integrity with the way they do business.  

Honesty & Integrity (and your Uncle's understanding that you are in a learning phase) should go a long way to making issues palatable when that undoubtedly arise.
