You can call local city, police Dept and post office - ask the people who deliver mails in the area about the property and  neighborhood environment of subject property.  4) If I live near by, drive around and talk to the  neighbors.  

Hi,I'm interested in hearing what the current housing environment looks like in Cincy. 

Especially in an environment of high prices and rising rates.

Although my job is depressing for me some days because the environment is so opposite my personality (risk taker stuck in a very rigid political corporate environment), I just have to remember it's a means to an end. 

The learning curve is endless and there are always possibilities regardless of the economic environment. 

I prefer primary and secondary markets because of the amount of buyer/seller pool in even the worst environment.

My goal is to just network and learn the environment around me since I am new to this field.

You the landlord is only responsible for providing a safe and comfortable living environment, clean water and heat to your tenant.
