Ideally I would like to go the lot rent route, but finding a dealer or lender that would finance a mobile home for a potential renter without owning the land is almost impossible.

You clearly have human power on your side in terms of numbers.

I know with covid you don't want them inside, but activities that bring ten people over to mix up the drug customers will curb that business- drug dealer will go sell on the corner when there are many people coming and going.

For my money I'd rate buying from a human as WAY less risky than buying from a bank (after a human who failed to pay their debts was pried from the house and it sat for some number of months or years before the bank disposed of it).   

This is almost uncharted territory we may be heading into but I'm putting hope in the genius that God (not being religious here) gave humanity that we will find a solution and use out creative abilities to weather this storm and also help others.

Having a human medical and a vet grooming place side by side seems like a weird combo.

The human connection is lacking in our current communities and our living arrangements do not foster connection.
