.: It's a fair proposal, but I would have headed that off quickly and said no in the first place.

I'm scratching my head because I feel like the program, least locally here in San Antonio, TX, tells all the landlords to put our listings there, but the tenants don't look there.

@Joel Lebovits the neighborhoods closer to the downtown area of Canton are more run down, with more vacant/distressed houses.The farther you drive away from downtown the nicer the houses get, in general.

If you do you may run the risk of piercing the corporate veil of your LLCs making you personally liable for business debts. 

Off the top of my head it was around 8% or so.

The biggest challenge is finding a team you can trust that will run the business for you because its not passive at all.

I will, of course interview and do my own due diligence with these companies, but I just wanted to get an idea from everyone that could possibly give me a heads up on who's great or who to stay away from.
